Your data: export it or delete it, any time

Export everything

• Start a full workspace export through the API (POST /v1/exports) or the MCP tool export_workspace.
• You get JSON plus CSV for every exportable table, with a manifest of checksums.
• Download links are signed, work only for your workspace, and expire after 15 minutes.

Export or delete one record

• Export a single record with its notes and audit trail: GET /v1/{entity}/{id}/export.
• Delete it: DELETE /v1/{entity}/{id}.

Delete your whole workspace

• Request deletion, then confirm with a single-use token that expires after 15 minutes.
• An optional grace period can be scheduled and cancelled before it runs.
• Deletion purges your database records and files and leaves other workspaces untouched.
• You receive a deletion receipt.
• Database backups (point-in-time restore) can keep deleted data for up to 6 hours after the purge.

TODO: reconcile the grace period with the Terms draft (Terms describe a 7-day grace period; the API allows 0 to 720 hours).
